Students of the Dept. of Mathematical Sciences in the national scientific Olympiads of 2021 achieved 3 gold medals in Mathematics, Computer Science, and Statistics, one silver medal in Economics, and two bronze medals in Mathematics and Statistics.
In the Mathematics category, Mr. Javad Farkhnejad won the gold medal, Mr. Soheil Azarpendar won the bronze, Mohammad-Hosein Kalantari ranked 6th, Mohammad Rashid ranked 7th, and Shayan Ranjbarzadeh ranked 8th.
In the Computer Science category, Mr. Mehdi Ghaznavi won the gold medal.
In the Statistics category, Mr. Mohammad Afzali Kharkooi earned the gold medal and Mr. Mohammad Shahvordi Kondari achieved 4th place.
In the Economics category, Mr. Alireza Tabibpour won the silver medal.
